Property Management Groningen

The work of a property manager is never boring. We represent the interests of homeowners and are the point of contact for tenants In this series, we want to highlight some of our work in more detail. In Part 3, we’d like to take you through what we do with maintenance and repairs.

Third, maintenance & repairs. After all, what do we add as administrators?

Unburdening during the rental period in terms of maintenance and repairs. Here it can be noted right away that if you as the owner like to do maintenance or repairs yourself or have regular companies you work with, this is of course among the possibilities.

Should this not be the case, we will provide a suitable solution ourselves.

When a problem arises in the home, we often first take a look ourselves, or ask for additional photos and videos, to get a good view of the problem. Then there is consultation with the tenant for which work he is responsible himself and which we, on behalf of the owner, pick up.

For all common jobs, we work with people and companies who, like us, have reliability, craftsmanship and quality at the forefront. Consider installation work, general maintenance, cleaning, white goods repairs and installation, home furnishing or garden maintenance.

If the cost is for the owner, we will offset these amounts against the rent payment. Of course, as the owner, you will receive a copy of the invoice that is withheld.

All to maximize the convenience of your home rental.
