Property Management Groningen

The work of a property manager is never boring. We represent the interests of homeowners and are the point of contact for tenants. In this series, we would like to further highlight some of our work.

First, the financial side. After all, what do we add as administrators?

We completely take care of the financial picture. The tenant’s first payment (first rental period, including any service charges, and the security deposit) will always be made to us.

Thereafter, we send each tenant a monthly, timely invoice for rent payments. Since we work a lot with corporate tenants, preparing an invoice is necessary.

Completed rent payments are always settled with the homeowner in a timely manner. Any repairs or maintenance work done (more on this in a later section) are offset against this. Of course, settlements are always known in advance and fully transparent.

We handle service charges and final utility bills with tenants.

Finally, after conducting a final inspection, we repair the house, if necessary, and arrange the settlement of the deposit with the departing tenant.

In short, you are and remain fully informed, but you can leave the full execution to us with peace of mind.
